The Remoticom ZLC200 "Zhaga Light Controller" is a ZMS200 but without a motion sensor. It can be used to switch on and off public luminaires by means of a ZMS200. The ZLC200 builds a Bluetooth mesh network with other devices from the ZMS and ZLC family so that when motion is detected by 1 device in the Bluetooth network, the other devices also receive the signal to change the light intensity. With this, luminaires can be switched and it is possible to apply a follow-me principle. 

Think for example of a [high-speed] bike path where the light will follow the cyclist as a "light train" or "light bubble".
